It has occurred to me that Google's Desktop Search optional feature is dangerous. You can install it on your computer. It's not for searching the web, as I thought. It's for searching your own computer. It catalogs everything in your computer, every word in every file.
You can use your own computer search function if you need it. Why this? Knowing how Al Gore (one of the Google owners) is part of the world totalitarian movement, I can see the purpose. Future access to what's on everyone's computer. This is so dangerous, maybe Congress should look at it.
